This time I would like to present with kind permison, pictures our colleague Adrian Nicholls from Great Britain
This is what Adrian describes:
23.03.2010 Class 66, 66 163 is seen working upgrade along Mallerstang Edge just north of Ais Gill Summit in the upper reaches of the Eden Valley with train: Carlisle Kingmoor Yard to Crewe Basford Hall Yard. There were two RAF Chinook helicopters comming up the valley behind the train one was higher to the left but the other ran parallel with the train. |
